Amisol saved my vacation!

I forgot to pay for a reservation I made with Amisol and the reservation was, appropriately, canceled. I really needed to keep those travel plans because I was to meet friends at a specific hotel, and they had their reservations. Oy! I called Amisol and they could not have been nicer, they found my old reservation and got my room back on the days that I needed. Problem solved! I have flown with Amisol many, many times and remain, and will remain, a loyal customer. Date of experience: October 31, 2022

You should clearly state what kind of beaches you get to at the different hotels! Was just at the Hilton Shark Bay Resort 5* in Sharm - a crazy big hotel complex with a tiny "beach" where people were almost sitting on top of each other in knee-deep water!! Otherwise, there was a floating dock with a queue to get into the water as usual. It was crowded with people, so it was difficult to find room to swim... Far too small a "beach" for so many people!!! The bus that transports people to and from the beach was difficult to deal with with a hot-tempered driver who never (!) kept the timetable. There was a lot of waiting for that bus.. Amisol as travel organizer worked perfectly, the tickets, information, prices and offer met our expectations👍 Our host Ahmed in Sharm was good at answering questions and explaining a bit about everything we needed to know about Sharm👍 (+ for responding to messages very quickly) Fly Egypt still has a little way to go to meet the expectations we had...dirty planes, closed doors, lack of service and poorly service-minded staff. But we settled on the fact that they are only a small necessary evil of the journey's content! Labranda Tower Bay delivered almost everything😁. What a great place, beautiful planting, clean, pleasant, good animation team who every day stood by to give us content by the pool and the beach😇. Good and varied food. A minus and a bit surprising were that they did not have non-alcoholic beer (since it is a Muslim country). This could be bought in the shop in one of the towns around the hotel. Another minus is that the hotel's taxi costs a lot more than if you book a taxi yourself. The hotel's taxi costs 400 EGP while regular taxis charge 100 EGP for the same journey round trip. The lifeguard made himself available for whatever you needed help with👍Will definitely come back here🤗 Date of experience: July 19, 2022

Free Date Changes

Amisol Travel allows you to make 2 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 60 days before the start of the tour.
Transfer as credit to Future Tours

Amisol Travel allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform Amisol Travel, 60 days before departure.
Low Deposit

Amisol Travel requires a minimum deposit of 25% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 30 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour, tourhub doesn't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of Amisol Travel charges.

Up to 60 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 100% of deposit
At 30 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 25% of tour cost
At 7 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 50% of tour cost
